The program consists of 4 leg days, 4 arm days, 4 mat days, 4 cardio days and 4 stretching days. This training program focuses on a balanced and healthy body. You will become stronger and more toned while also decreasing your risk for pain and injury.
The program can be performed as I have laid it out over one month and then progressed by increasing weights and resistance used, or you can incorporate the videos at anytime, anywhere to fit into your lifestyle or other workout routines. You have unlimited access to the videos once you sign up, and you can view them anywhere.
