Meet your Physical Therapist

About Dr Jaime Loomis

When I was 16 years old, I herniated a disc in my cervical spine playing water sports. I got an order for Physical Therapy because I was having nerve pain radiating into my shoulders and down my arms.

With the help of my Physical Therapist, I have learned how to manage my pain while continuing to perform all of the sports and activities I love. I became a Physical Therapist to help others have the same success.

I am a former athlete, an avid exerciser, and very active in general. Since my initial injury that introduced me to Physical Therapy I have also herniated a disc in my low back, but I again have been able to self-manage it and perform all of the normal workouts and recreation I have always enjoyed.

I love my job, and I love to be active. I want to make sure I can stay active well into my later years, and that is why I have started this company not only for myself, but for my friends, my family and anyone else who just wants to stay fit without the fear of immobility and increased pain. I believe in this method; I use this method, and I know it will work for you.

I treat all ages and all levels of physical fitness, but have recently come to specialize in injury prevention screens for the young athlete ages 11-25. I am currently working in conjunction with the Vero Beach Beach Volleyball team and the Vero Elite Volleyball Academy with the focus of decreasing the number of non-contact lower extremity injuries (ACL, MCL, ankle sprain, etc).

I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Dayton in 2009 with a Bachelor’s degree in Science in Education and Allied Professions.

I graduated from Northwestern University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2012.

I have practiced in every setting of Physical Therapy from the East coast of Florida all the way to Hawaii. I currently perform and specialize in: postural assessments and alignments, the McKenzie Method (MDT) to treat the lumbar, thoracic and cervical pain and Neuro Rehab for Parkinson’s, stroke, SCI and vertigo. I also use manual techniques including soft tissue massage, IASTM and trigger release in conjunction with other treatments to speed the process of healing and recovery. Every session will be 1:1 to give you the attention and treatment you deserve.

My company will allow you to continue your recovery and fitness journey for as long as you want without the need for an outside referral or insurance limitations.
